Fat injection procedure
Fat injection procedure is performed as three steps:
Harvesting: during the harvesting, the aesthetic surgeon selects a site for fat removal. The area is numbed using a local anesthesia and the surgeon creates an incision and using a sterile cannula connected to a syringe the fat is obtained using liposuction.
Purification and transfer: the fat tissues are centrifuged and filtered to remove impurities.
Placement – The targeted area is prepared to receive the fat cells. The purified fat cells are injected using a sterile needle or cannula to the area multiple times until the desired correction has obtained.
