He specializes in Cosmetic surgery & reconstructive surgery for both adults & children. In addition to his practice, he is also involved in regular teaching programmes for post-graduates in Bangalore in various CMEs.

Studied at various institutions in India & abroad with specialty training in General Surgery and a further five years of specialty training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Internationally renowned healthcare institutions at Derby (UK), Preston (UK) and Liverpool (UK). After gaining his specialist qualifications as a Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon from the UK, Dr. Anand went on to complete a postgraduate Clinical Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the internationally renowned Pulvertaft hand Centre, Derby Royal Infirmary, Derby, UK.

He is presently the Plastic surgeon at Anew engaged in Plastic, Reconstructive & Microvascular surgery. Besides this, he is also the consultant-Cosmetic surgeon at Mallya hospital in Bangalore.
He has worked with Major corporate hospitals in Bangalore such as HCG Hospital, Sagar Apollo hospital and Mallya hospital resulting in a huge exposure to different types of procedures & techniques. To his credit, there are various publications about different procedures and techniques of Plastic surgery.
